Flat Black Films is an animation and software company.  We primarily do rotoscoping animation, such as that used to animate “Waking Life”, “A Scanner Darkly”, and one portion of “The Five Obstructions”. 

Flat Black Films also makes short films and computer graphics.  Company founder Bob Sabiston developed the software used for these and other projects.
