We did this video for the Black Angels in 2008 -- well, for ourselves really.  It’s sort of a combination between rotoscoping and our Line Research software.  The story with the two birds is our interpretation of lead singer Alex’s idea of the song: there is a certain kind of dove that is unable to parse the information when its mate dies.  It keeps flying up to other doves for the rest of its life, continually mistaking them for its lost partner. 

We were also thinking of animating this instead.
